Warranty Coverage
Our bags are covered under a 1-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. If a manufacturing defect arises within this period, we will do our best to repair the item. If the item cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Eligibility Requirements
To make a warranty claim for an item purchased via our website, you must provide:
A valid order confirmation OR
The full name of the person who purchased the item
This allows us to verify that the purchase was made within the warranty period.
Exclusions

If you purchased the item from another store, please contact that store directly for warranty support. We can only process claims for items purchased directly from us.
