Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below before initiating a return or exchange.

Return Authorization

To request a return or exchange, please email info@eppersonmountaineering.com and include your order number in the subject line before sending any items back.

  • All returns and exchanges must be approved in advance.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.

  • Our return policy allows you to return eligible items for any reason within 14 days of delivery.

 


 

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

  • Original, undamaged packaging must be included.

  • All price stickers, hang tags, and labels must remain attached.

  • Items must be protected inside a shipping box or plastic bag.

  • Do not attach tape directly to the product or its packaging.

  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Final Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

 


 

Refunds

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • This includes both the original shipping charge and return shipping costs.

  • You are responsible for the returned item until it has been received and processed by us.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

If a returned package does not meet our policy requirements, it will be sent back to you at your expense and no refund will be issued.

 


 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item:

  1. Email info@eppersonmountaineering.com as soon as possible to request authorization and reserve your desired item or size.

  2. Exchanges are limited to products currently available on our website.

  3. Once exchange authorization is issued:

    • Domestic orders must be returned within 10 days.

    • International orders must be returned within 20 days.

If the item is not returned within this timeframe, the exchange order will be canceled and the reserved product will be released back into inventory.

If your requested exchange item becomes unavailable due to inventory changes, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

For approved exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
