Warranty Coverage

Our bags are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

If a manufacturing defect arises during this period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the item, or

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.

This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

 


 

Eligibility Requirements

To submit a warranty claim for an item purchased through our website, you must provide one of the following:

  • A valid order confirmation, or

  • The full name of the original purchaser

This information allows us to verify that the item was purchased directly from us and falls within the warranty period.

 


 

Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Misuse or neglect

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

If your item was purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact the original store of purchase for warranty assistance.

We are only able to process warranty claims for products purchased directly through our website.
